The Organization:
Creative Benefit Design began in 1984 as a group health brokerage firm. Founder, Mike Andrew quickly determined the value of creating a discount program to support employer's benefit plans. In addition, 1986 when Geoff Shuck joined the company; they began to serve associations and distributed the program. Currently over 25 million members have access to discount benefits.
